Day 4- Lonely Road Trip

Hello!

I just returned to Kayenta from the Four Corners Monument. It was really cool, but I didn't take any photos, other than a couple of the flags on my phone. It was really interesting to people-watch at the park. I love people-watching, especially when I am not around people I know. The best thing to do, when you get to the monument, is to just pick a bench and sit there and watch people take their photos at the monument where all 4 corners intersect. One of these days, when I go back, I will probably take photos of random people doing the different poses, or at least draw the pictures and put them on here. It was highly entertaining, especially since my only forms of entertainment at the dorms are school work that's not due for awhile, reading, sitting outside in the 90 degree heat, or skimming magazines from 2006 in the study room. Since I got bored doing those things, I decided to drive out to the Four Corners Monument, which is a little over an hour from here. I would definitely go back. Especially since I never took a photo looking like a goober with my body in four different states at once.

I'm really looking forward to tonight and tomorrow. The rest of the student teachers will be arriving, and I will probably have grilled cheese for dinner instead of creeping at the McDonald's, using their free Wi-Fi. I am also looking forward to not hearing weird noises when I'm by myself. Luckily, I don't scare too easily, so I actually slept last night. :)

Hope you're all having a wonderful day!!
